Chr. Hansen seeks applicants for a full-time position to develop and implement new microbial solutions and technologies

Tasks:
Your overall focus will be to develop and implement new microbial solutions and technologies in the global wine industry. You will especially focus on the last step of R&D – prototype testing in close dialogue with customers all over the world. You will use the feedback and knowledge gained from this work to feed ideas into our innovation pipeline – deliver specifications and technical input to R&D on what the products must be able to do.

  • Plan and manage the project flow end-to-end, including project plan creation, new product development and launch support
  • Be responsible for the final step in technical evaluation of new cultures & yeast
  • Conduct technical field trials at our customers facilities all over the world
  • Engage in collaborations with universities and technical institutes worldwide
  • Write technical papers and submit patent applications
  • Support our sales colleagues as technical/scientific expert
  • Be HACCP and Quality responsible including the related administrative functions

 

You will be based at Chr. Hansen headquarters in Hørsholm approx. 30 minutes drive north of Copenhagen city center. As you will work closely together with wine makers globally, you can look forward to travel 60-90 days per year.
