Jean-Michel Desseigne is part of the group IFV (Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin) Rhône-Mediterranee in Rodilhan (France), and he’s in charge of the IFV sector of activity “Winemaking Equipment and Processes”. Since 2000, he’s teaching “engineering of winemaking processes” at Supagro of Montpellier. His seminar “rational hygiene in the cellar” has been proposed to a large number of French winemakers.
