Anniversaries have to be celebrated, you know, and clearly Enoforum does not back off: for the 10th edition, held in Vicenza from 16 to 18 May 2017, a very interesting program has been prepared offering a 360 degrees view on the main issues related to the viticultural and oenological research.
In addition to the traditional modules, where companies can show their know-how on innovation and applied research, an important novelty is linked to SIVE Research for Development Awards. Indeed, from this edition, the contribution of Oenoppia in the International research is combined with the contribution of Assoenologi, which provides support to Versini Awards – devoted to the Italian research – as part of a broader cooperation with SIVE and Vinidea.
The space dedicated to the business desks promises to be very active as usual. There it’s always possible to deepen the issues presented in the various modules and to see old friends, why not?
Moreover, a significant space is devoted to the main ongoing research projects related to the wine industry, at both European and regional level. Other research works will be demonstrated in the poster session.
The tasting program on business experimentations will be particularly rich too, with, the icing on the cake, three sessions Colleghi nel Bicchiere dedicated to Caviar and wines of Vicenza, Porto and Champagne, respectively, which will close in the best way each congress day.
