Performing Cleaning & Water Saving: Experimental Data And Good Practices
Jean-Michel Desseigne is part of the group IFV (Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin) Rhône-Mediterranee in Rodilhan (France), and he’s in charge of the IFV sector of activity “Winemaking Equipment and Processes”.
Since 2000, he’s teaching “engineering of winemaking processes” at Supagro of Montpellier. His seminar “rational hygiene in the cellar” has been proposed to a large number of French winemakers. Within the French national program MINIMEAU, aiming to reduction of water use in agrifood industry, Desseigne represents the wine sector.
Vincenzo Gerbi is full Professor of Oenology at the Department of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Sciences of the University of Turin (Italy). He is the holder of the Oenology course of the degree course in Viticulture and Oenology, Enography of the inter-university master’s degree course in Viticultural and Oenological Sciences, and he is in charge of the experimental cellar of the University of Turin. Author of 431 publications, he carries out an intense activity of dissemination of scientific results to technicians in the wine sector, producer associations and tasters.
Enrico Dogliani is a Sales Manager at GAI Macchine Imbottigliatrici S.p.A., a worldwide leader in manufacturing bottling and labelling machinery for wineries.
With a technical background in Mechanical Engineering, he is the responsible for the technical training of GAI importers and distributors worldwide. He held the position of PM for medium-high speed bottling lines and he now attends international exhibitions and technical seminars to introduce the most recent innovations developed by GAI on bottling machineries to customers and partner companies.
Luca Rettondini is project manager in Win&tech. He has a strong background in electrical and automation advanced systems, from design to commissioning.
His international management roles have taken him across the world. After his international experience in United States and Gulf, he started working in Win&tech, where he is responsible for planning, organizing, and allocating resources for budgeting.
In his role Luca also supports customers to find the best strategies for reducing waste and saving resources used for CIP procedures, including water recovery.
