Friday, the 15th of November, Reims, France

WINE TRACK® 2019 : Wine Traceability& Authentication

Scientific & Professional Day co-organized by the Society of Chemical Experts of France (SECF) and the Union of Oenologists of France- Champagne Region (UOEF-Champagne)

After Languedoc in 2011, Bordeaux in 2013, Burgundy in 2015, Rioja in 2016, Pyrenean Piedmont in 2017 and Porto in 2018, the Wine Track® Scientific and Professional Days have earned their reputation as "Globe-Trotters" of traceability of wines and spirits. Obviously, Wine Track® 2019 had to stay in Reims.

A complex wine, associated with the world of luxury and brands, champagne is fully concerned with the themes of know-how protection, transparency and authenticity.

This day will cover the aspects of traceability in the broad sense and will be a unique sharing moment between the actors of the sector (winemakers, oenologists, cellar managers, traders, distributors, trade unions, suppliers, etc ...).

You will be able to get complete information on the state of the art of the tools available to guarantee the traceability and authenticity in our sector and to understand why the future is starting now!
