Jean-Jacques Dubourdieu from Domaines Denis Dubourdieu and Christian Germain from the IMS Bordeaux Laboratory present us with new potential tools to monitor the health of the vine, measure phenology, vigour and estimate yield.

Olivier Sommier of ERTUS explains how to simplify our daily work by using Process2Wine, an intelligent solution for viticulture and winemaking. He takes the example of systems making it possible to anticipate freezing, reduce sanitary products and monitor aging, in particular through the measurement of dissolved gases.

Vincenzo Verrastro, from the International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies in Bari, talks about the implementation of Internet of Things technologies throughout the grape value chain.
