Wine by-products management can be hard and expensive. In this context, our research group is participating to the ReMarcForFood project, sponsored by Cariplo Foundation, in order to develop innovative products using wine pomaces.
Answering to the following survey you will collaborate to the development of a new innovative strategy to handle the wine by-products.

Answers will be analysed in anonymity and aggregated form.
The survey has been developed in collaboration with Vinidea, which offers a bonus gift to whom will answer to all the questions (you will find more information about this in the last section of the survey).
