DNAPhone invites you to SIMEI, the International Oenology and Bottling Machine Exhibition to be held in Milan from 15 to 18 November, to learn about and try Smart Analysis, the made in Italy platform for must and wine analysis.

What will you find at our stand?

  1. ENZYMATIC ANALYSIS 4.0. Smart Analysis is the first enzymatic instrument designed specifically for small / medium-sized wineries (Smart customers typically produce between 20k and 250k bottles of wine per year) and consultant winemakers. DEMO VIDEO.
  2. CIELAB COLOR ANALYSIS. Smart Analysis provides dedicated software for autonomously carrying out the analysis of the wine color with the CIELab method (OIV reference method), which allows you to have both numerical and graphical representation of the results, in a few seconds. DEMO VIDEO.
