Recent Advances in Viticulture & Enology (RAVE) is the biannual update on the latest research conducted in the UC Davis Department of Viticulture & Enology.

The 2016 RAVE program, held on December 9 covered topics from progress in our ongoing grape breeding program, deficit irrigation, and winery wastewater reuse to assessment of vineyard variability through a spatially-explicit selective-harvest approach and ongoing research on the impact of Red Blotch disease on grape and wine composition.

Videos from RAVE 2016 are available on the Department of Viticulture & Enology website
