As a follow up to the last educational event organized last May on behalf of the IN+VITE project, the young students of the college of Ponte dell’Olio returned to the Azienda Agricola Baraccone.
On this occasion Andreana Bugazzi, owner of the Azienda Agricola, and Gianni Trioli, president of Vinidea, spoke about the different phenological phases of the vine and the commercial activities related to the harvest.
The young students were taught, both the difficulties, and the positive characteristics of the work in the wine sector, as well as the native varieties, the traditions and the peculiarities of wine production in the hills of Piacenza.
The day ended with a tasting of fresh must and a walk through the local woods.
