The abstracts from Enoforum 2026, held in Zaragoza on 20–21 May, are now freely available through IVES Conference Series. The publication brings together the abstracts of the scientific and technical contributions presented at the conference, including invited expert presentations, researcher Flash Talks and posters, as well as selected contributions from GIENOL 2026.
Enoforum Spain 2026 brought together researchers, technical experts and wine professionals to present and discuss some of the latest advances in viticulture and oenology, with particular emphasis on their transfer and practical application in the wine sector.
The published abstracts address topics such as climate-change adaptation, vineyard soil and water management, plant protection, microbiology, fermentation, wine stability and longevity, oxygen management, dealcoholisation, sparkling wine production, resource-use efficiency, and new analytical and digital tools.
Publishing them in open access makes part of the knowledge presented at Enoforum 2026 available to the international scientific and professional community, while extending the exchange between research and production beyond the conference itself.
