In the following videos related to the topic of artificial intelligence (AI), we propose two very interesting interventions by Research Groups specialized in Digital Agriculture, Food and Wine.
Sigfredo Fuentes, of the University of Melbourne, will present a five-year research work entitled "How Artificial Intelligence (AI) is Helping Winemakers Cope with the Adversity ofClimate Change". These are new technologies based on Artificial Intelligence to monitor the growth of the vineyard; using the analysis of computer vision and grape maturity, based on the death of grape cells, with the aim of predicting the gustatory and aromatic profiles of grapes and finished wines.
