As for the waste water treatment of small and medium wineries, there is no real emergence of major innovations. However, the knowledge about waste water flows, and the experience gained from the development and the operation of different waste water treatment procedures implemented in wineries over the last ten years, today, lead to notable evolutions, which are specified below.
